We understand that our clients are supplying some of the largest national retail outlets in the country. We offer flexibility in our production processes allowing us to work to the timescales you require. We are used to working to tight deadlines and our IT management systems support us in our objective to deliver on time every time from the smallest volumes to large multimillion unit batch production.

A Quality Approach

All production undertaken must meet the standards identified by our customers either through a gold seal sample or product specification sheet. Full and complete training is undertaken before production begins and rigorous quality checks are carried out throughout the production cycle. Where appropriate weight checks are carried out and all traceability records and batch code records are maintained.

A Customer Focused Approach

Our prime objective is to not only meet but to exceed the expectations of our customers. We listen to our customers and aim to build long term relationships and we always aim to respond to the requirements of each and every one of our clients. We have direct links to a number of our customers’ IT systems. This allows our Customer Service Assistants in monitoring stock levels against customer orders and organise our production plans to maximise availability of finished product.
